Nassau Office Directions 

If going West on Southern State Parkway:

Exit 19-Peninsula Blvd. North- When get off exit get into your left hand lane and you’ll see a sign for President St. Make a left on President Street. You’ll cross over Front St. and Fulton Ave. At Fulton Ave., President St. changes into Cathedral Ave. Follow Cathedral into Garden City and you’ll come to the LIRR train tracks. When you pass over the tracks bear right onto Cherry Valley Road which changes into 11th St. around the turn. Take this up to Franklin Ave. and make a left. Go down 2 blocks to 13th and make a right into the parking lot. You will see the 1225 building on your far right in the back (Morgan Stanley Dean Witter). You can park in the outside lot or go into the garage on the right of the building to the 4th level and walk right down the hall to Suite 325.

If going East on Southern State Parkway:

Exit 17-North- Hempstead Ave. Bear left a fork and take Nassau Blvd. Proceed about 1.5 miles and cross over Hempstead Turnpike. Proceed another 1.3 miles to Stewart Ave. and make a right turn. Proceed about .9 miles to Cherry Valley Rd. and make a left. Cherry Valley Rd. changes into 11th St. around the turn. Take this up to Franklin Ave. and make a left. Go down 2 blocks to 13th and make a right into the parking lot. You will see the 1225 building on your far right in the back (Morgan Stanley Dean Witter). You can park in the outside lot or go into the garage on the right of the building to the 4th level and walk right down the hall to Suite 325.

If going South on Meadowbrook Parkway:

Exit on M1 West –Old Country Rd. - Mineola. Make a right turn and proceed west approximately 1.3 miles to County Seat Drive, make a left and go to 11th St, make a right on 11th and go to Franklin Ave. Make a right on Franklin Ave. and proceed to 13th St., make a right into parking lot. You will see the 1225 building on your far right in the back (Morgan Stanley Dean Witter). You can park in the outside lot or go into the garage on the right of the building to the 4th level and walk right down the hall to Suite 325.

If going North on Meadowbrook Parkway:

Exit on M3 West- Stewart Ave. –Garden City. Make a right on Stewart Ave. and proceed west approximately 2.3 miles to Franklin Ave. Make a right on Franklin Ave. and proceed to 13th St. and make a right into the parking lot. You will see the 1225 building on your far right in the back.. You can park in the outside lot or go into the garage on the right of the building to the 4th level and walk right down the hall to Suite 325.

From Manhattan:

LIE Exit 34 or Northern State Parkway Exit 26 - New Hyde Park Road So.

Proceed approximately 1 mile to Marcus Ave. Go left on Marcus across Hillside Ave (25B) and bear left again to Jericho Turnpike. Make a left on Jericho Turnpike to Herricks Rd. (1st right). Make a right on Herricks Rd. Proceed south under the LIRR overpass and bear left to Old Country Road. Proceed to Franklin Ave. and make a right turn. Proceed to 13th and make a left into parking lot. You will see the 1225 building on your far right in the back (Morgan Stanley Dean Witter). You can park in the outside lot or go into the garage on the right of the building to the 4th level and walk right down the hall to Suite 325.

From Eastern Long Island:

From the LIE, Exit onto the Northern State Parkway Exit 42. Take that to Exit 31A Meadowbrook Parkway South and Exit on M1 West –Old Country Rd. - Mineola. Make a right turn and proceed west approximately 1.3 miles to County Seat Drive, make a left and go to 11th St, make a right on 11th and go to Franklin Ave. Make a right on Franklin Ave. and proceed to 13th St., make a right into parking lot.
